staff and room service is on point. always asking if you need anything extra. jus one black lady at the front desk, went to go renew my room. she asked what card to use we told her but she still proceeded to use the wrong card. took over $500 off a card that had nothing on it. says it will take 7-10 business days to get back?? and then had the audacity to tell me to calm down after i was robbed of $500 i didn't have on that card. as well as have to sort things out with my bank. she should be fired

Nothing fancy, it's a room for a good price. Was only in the area for a few nights, so it served its purpose. May have been recently renovated, not sure.
